Introduction
Graduated at Cebu Central Colleges with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation (1979) then University of Cebu, Masters in Science Teaching Maritime and Nautical Studies (2015)
Passed 3rd Place Chief Marine Officer licensure examinations January 1988
Passed Master Mariner licensure examinations in Sept. 1991
In command as Master of Oil and Chemical tankers July 1993 till Nov. 2006 when I retired from sea service due to health reasons.
Joined University of Cebu-Maritime Education and Training Center as Instructor and IMEC (Scholars) Deck Mentor in June 2008 until the present.
Objectives
Tutorials in Maritime topics for Deck Officers and Ratings who plan to take OIC-NW.
